Kai Sounthala is an accomplished manager, team leader and software architect with a track record of delivering high-quality products on schedule in fast-paced team environments, working across departments and all levels of management. He brings over 20 years of experience in web, emerging technology, enterprise software and consulting, having successfully developed and launched products and services for brands such as Hawaiian Airlines, Kenworth, PACCAR, Hawai‘i Pacific Health, HP, Microsoft, Abbott, The Boston Red Sox, Gillette, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson.

Kai serves as a bridge between marketing, technology and IT, always ready to provide solutions to our clients toughest challenges. Kai is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University.
