Marco DiBartolomeo is responsible for research team’s backend operations, including programming of online and telephone surveys; processing and compilation of datasets; and overall quality assurance. He holds certifications in Sawtooth WinCATI and Qualtrics programming, and has supported the development of numerous database management and process improvement initiatives within the research team. Prior to taking on responsibilities in operations, Marco served as call center manager where he trained and supervised a staff of more than 60 leads and interviewers.
