Naomi Baria

Naomi is a human-centric strategist adept in engaging and galvanizing audiences with passion, truth and purpose. Her work with clients is highly collaborative, partnering with brands and team members to reframe business objectives and develop communications and campaigns inspired by real human insight. For Naomi, strategy is equal parts art and science, and an ever-changing amalgam of observation, creativity and gut instinct, all informed by primary research, consumer trends, psychology, social listening and behavioral economics.

A resident of New York City for 15 years, Naomi worked with multiple brands, including adidas, Converse, Google Maps, Google Play, Nestlé Purina and Michael Kors, before returning with her husband and son to Oahu and her Nu‘uanu Valley roots. She is a graduate of Punahou school, and holds a Master of Science degree in strategic communications from Columbia University in New York City and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota.
